User Ratings and Reviews

3 Stars Abs?!? More like Calves!!
I overall like this workout DVD. I like Jessica, the instructor. However, I purchased this DVD to WORK MY ABS. That’s my trouble area…I had high hopes to whip my abs into shape. (I had never heard of ‘The Abs Diet,’ it was just an impulse buy when this DVD was brand new ~ I was going solely by the name.) If you choose to play all of the “mini” workouts on the DVD, it doesn’t really work your abs a whole lot.

After doing the complete workout….the next day my calves were KILLING me. I wished that my abs were sore, but they weren’t….just my calves were sore, for days. (This happened b/c of the cardio portion of the DVD where you jog in place forever.)

That’s all I have to say about this one….hope it helps. In short, don’t buy this DVD b/c of the name. It’s not an ab workout! However, if you’re looking for a little variety to your usual workout routine….you may like it.

2 Stars World’s DULLEST Cardio!
I have to admit, I probably own around 200 workouts. And, of ALL of them, this one probably has the Most Boring Cardio segement. Good points on the cardio are that it requires little space and does raise your heart rate. However, I cannot conquer the dread factor that comes from the repetiveness in the cardio! Seriously, where is the imagination? You spend well OVER HALF the cardio segment simply jogging in place. Just that: Jogging! And, the few intervals of not-jogging are repetitve in themselves. (No combos, you just repeat a move more intense that jogging for 30-90 seconds; so, for instance, you might jog for 3 minutes, then do jump squats for 1.) INCREDIBLY DULL! I will never do the cardio segment again. The toning segments are good and fun; so I kept this dvd for them alone. If I could rate the toning and cardio seperately, I would. I would like to give the Cardio exactly half of a star. I would give the toning a full four stars; well, four and half. If you expect imagination and choreography:buyer beware. This instructor DOES have another dvd (Women’s Health Train for Your Body Type) which I would recommend instead. It has really solid, fun toning segments. The cardio on it is not particularly imaginative or exciting, but she does far less jogging in place (but, yes, she still doest that! why????). If you tried it and thought that cardio was dull, you will never survive this one! I would give that whole video a solid 4 stars. Check in out. Both are nicely chaptered.

3 Stars Liked it…didn’t love it.
I’m rating this three stars…meaning I liked it but didn’t really like it nor did I love it.

All of the workouts are a little short and I was expecting it to be a little more abs oriented but it wasn’t. The portions that do work out your abs does a good job…although I’m not sure how much it would actually help someone who is more advanced in their workout routine. I was also expecting a little more diversity but believe me, I’m sure you’ve already seen all of these exercises before.

I guess it’s just a little mediocre, not sure if I would recommend someone spending money on this.

5 Stars Abs diet workout
I love that you can just do 10 minutes or an hour-whatever you have time for!

5 Stars wow!!!
I loved this workout! It’s broken up into 6 mini workouts, or you can run them all. I just ran them all, and it was the best workout I’ve had in a while. Keep in mind, I’m very active, but sweat was pouring off me by the time I got to the yoga at the end! There’s also a quick video blurb about the abs diet. A very good workout, and goes great with the eating plan.

5 Stars Excellent results
All 4 of the Lotte Berk dvd’s are worth their weight in gold. Though they’re aimed at beginners, I’ve been using them for over 2 years now, and still get superb results. That’s because the toning work is isometric, so you can continue to work harder as you get stronger. Also, you get better at positioning, and understanding how to make the exercises work, thus giving better results. I also enjoy the fact that the workout is only 30 min long.

This is the only one in the set that begins with light weights for the upper body, rather than push-ups & tricep dips. so on days when my wrists are bothering me, I chose this one. If you have any foot issues, wear shoes during the first part of the workout until you’ve completed the planks — you’ll be up on the toes of one foot while you raise the other foot.

The instructor in this one is the “elder statesman” of the group, and does a great job. She says she’s close to 50, and she looks terrific. She’s personally engaging and precise in her instruction. Both workout and instructor get an A++++++++.

1 Star Wrong artwork
This is the artwork for Tamilee Webb’s DVD, not the Lottie Berk Method. Just saying.

3 Stars Tedious
If you are already an active person, used to an exercise routine with a moderate to high intensity level, you may be disappointed in this DVD. There was too much talk and not enough action for me. I did, however, learn a bit about correct form when lifting free weights, but I was disappointed that the workout wasn’t more intense. In short, if you are a beginner, in need of an instructional video, this is the one for you.

2 Stars Too much talk and a waste of money!.
I thought I was purchasing a “weight training/body sculpting” video. Unfortunately I did not. Most of the video is wasted with two older women describing exercises that anyone can do by just observing.

I assumed the video would have a quick 2-3 minute demo at the beginning, then 30 minutes or so of weight training accompanied by an instructor’s verbal commands with appropriate music as I do in my body-sculpting class. Instead these women and their chatter are featured throughout the video. It’s as if the purpose of the video is to showcase these women instead of weight training.

Do not buy this video if you are looking for a good strength traininng video. I’m 61 and it’s worthless.

4 Stars Good beginner DVD
I thought the instructor did a good job demo-ing a 40-min basic weight training workout for beginners. She also offered frequent reminders and tips for performing the exercises correctly. Very little equipment was required (chair, weights, mat, stretch band), so you’re not obligated to go to a gym to make use of the techniques being taught.

4 Stars Great for us older gals!
Though I am not quite yet 50 I wanted to find a strenght tape that was varied yet had enough length to make it worthwhile. This fits the bill. I do the warm up through the end and if time permits I do the advanced set. This will definitely be one DVD that I will use over and over again. I highly recommend it.

3 Stars Feeling Great at 50
Keeping Fit in Your 50’s is a wonderful series; I have all three DVDs and use them regularly. The workouts are easy to follow and cover three areas of fitness: aeorbics, flexibility, and strength training. I have wasted money before on exercise videos, but found exactly what I needed with these.

5 Stars Can’t get enough of Amy Dixon.
I have to say, my first experience with a Women’s Health workout was the Perfect Body Workout, and I thought it was pretty solid. Having then tried the Ultimate fat Burn and now this DVD, I have to say that Amy Dixon knows exactly what she’s doing, and am now totally impressed with these Women’s Health workouts.

This video has four segments–cardio, lower body, upper body, and a flexibility workout. All of them are about ten minites long, and you can pick and choose from if you don’t have time for all of them. I think all three are fantastic, especially for those of us that need a shorter but effective workout.

Here’s the good:

–All the moves are DOABLE the first time; I had absolutely no problem following her moves.

–The moves that are done are effective; I was feeling the burn in no time.

–There’s no wasted time in this video; there’s no standing around between exercises like I have experienced in other videos, so your heart rate is up the entire time.

–The cueing is good; even if you’re not sure what she means when she says the move, the moves are easy and you can pick them up right away. I like the fact that she gives plenty of warning before she changes.

–I loved the fact that there was a separate flexibility segment that used yoga and stretching moves. It felt great to do that after the segments using weights.

Things that could be improved:

–The workout calls for light weights (3 lbs), but I realized I needed more of a challenge. I used 5- and 8-lb weights for the upper and lower body segments.

For a more advanced exerciser, this workout might be a little easy. However, if you’re like most people and want a workout that will kick your tail and give you some bonus flexibility, this is the workout for you. Amy Dixon is one of the best DVD instructors I have come across, and I will definitely be on the lookout for any more workouts with her at the helm!

5 Stars Superb cueing, easy to follow, and it scorched the calories!
I like to rotate a variety of workout dvds to get a great daily workout in.

Even so, I am no pro at following instructors who are hard to follow or provide bad cueing. I’m not the most coordinated person and I am well aware of that!

No problems here. This dvd is truly one of my favorites. Not only is she one of the best I’ve seen at cueing and instruction, leaving my two left feet totally in sync and turning one of the lefts into a right, but it’s just a great workout overall!

I’ll touch on my own experience to help you make your decision:

Cueing: Rather than just jumping into something, while she’s doing some step you’ve already learned, she will begin to explain what’s to happen next. Then she always tells the viewer which direction you’ll go…such as explaining how to do a a move just before you go into it then giving you a countdown and telling you whether to start out left or right. There is just never any confusion here and never a need to rewind. Total clarity for me.

Caloric Burn: That said, a workout that provides great cueing and instruction is no good to anyone if you don’t scorch some calories doing it. I wear a bodybugg to show calories burned and, when I do just 20 minutes of this dvd, I burn as many calories as I do on some other 35 minute or longer videos. She packs a punch!! But I never feel like I’m gonna die or my heart rate is through the roof…it’s just a good solid routine with no pauses and great strength and cardio conditioning so you burn calories instantly, then build muscle so you burn even more even at rest.

instructor: excellent motivator, great high energy, I’m a new raving fan and would be confident buying any of her future videos because the two I own are amazing with her in them.

set: cool urban loft. Nice to look at. No distractions, good views from many angles,..Also many others working out behind her to make following along easily as they pan…except for this:

camera: ok here’s my one gripe. You can tell when the camerman is amazing but NOT used to shooting fitness videos. Because the quality is amazing but they go in for those closeups sometimes when you need to see the full body instead. (great in movies, not in following an instructors body that is on screen) For example, on one move the instructor starts a new step and the camerman focuses in on the person behind her who is doing the alternate easy step for beginners. By the time he pans back to the instructor, she is doing the LAST count of the higher intensity move. This wasn’t enough to throw me off, but it’s not ideal.

moves: as I said, nothing is hard to follow but she provides moves that are not only interesting, but not hard to do. You do not need a choreography degree for this one and you’ll enjoy each one! Even some new moves I hadn’t seen before.

level: there is an alternate person behind the instructor for the beginners but intermediates and advanced will love their level being met as well.

CONCLUSION: You couldn’t get a more solid workout…this one works every part you need, is enjoyable to do, and provides clear and easy instruction to do it in while burning the big calories! It’s a favorite. If you want just one fitness dvd or 100, this should be a pick in my opinion.

5 Stars coming up with a title to sum it all up is difficult…
I own this DVD. I use it from time to time – like when it’s raining outside and i’ve eaten too many sweets…

I like that it is easy to follow and that I sweat every time. I feel really good after that. I’m a beginner at these exercise DVDs and I’d recommend this one. I also like that there is a back up girl to watch for alternative moves b/c i don’t do the jumping jacks, etc.

5 Stars Fast delivery and cd in great condition.
This DVD is very efficient and the workouts are easy to do. I definitely recommend it.

5 Stars Dixon Rocks
This video is excellent. It is challenging and motivating. The music isn’t too annoying like most exercise videos, and Amy Dixon is a great instructor. I will absolutely buy her other videos.

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars it is great for new moms…
this dvd was great. at first i was iffy… she was repetitive on the “what to do with baby” instructions, but if you look beyond this it’s a great video. I thought the exercises looked extremely easy, until i did them. i did the dvd yesterday, and i’m sore today. a good feeling! i’m looking forward to doing her total fitness also.

2 Stars Not really focused on new moms
As a mom of a 3 month old I found the workout itself decent though not very specialized for new moms. Its a very basic workout, nothing new to be found here. I wish she would show actual mothers with babies doing the workout as she uses the medicine ball to demonstrate throughout. There is little to no instruction on proper form and I question some of the ab work for a new mother, there is a lot of twisting and crunches which i don’t think a “new” mother should be doing as it could lead to worsening diastasis. There are much better videos out there. I suggest Erin Obriens Postnatal Workout.

3 Stars great, but a bit lacking
Though it’s a nice workout to do with your baby, JNL doesn’t show you how to hold your baby. It would’ve been helpful if she included a baby for part of her routine so you can see how to hold your own baby while doing the workout.

On the plus side, I do the workout when my baby girl is fussy and she’s usually asleep half way thru the workout. I really gott thank JNL for that.

1 Star Not worth it
I bought this to use after I had my daughter. I had a rough labor and recovery so I wanted to take it easy. But this was to easy. I was bored and not at all “worked out”. I never broke a sweat or drew a labored breath. Instead I started using the power 90 dvds. Perhaps the DVD was meant for new moms who weren’t working otu prior to baby arriving.

4 Stars Not as catchy as I thought
I keep up with reading Oxygen magazine. That’s where I’ve seen JNL. The video is slow and didn’t motivate me as I hope it would. She is a great role model though.

1 Star I’ve never seen a belly dance or workout video this bad
This is really bad. She doesn’t break down the moves, but in her defense, I don’t think she even knows how to break down the moves. She looks like she took a couple of belly dance classes, and liked it so much, she made a video. It takes at least a year to develop the extenstion and control needed to perform belly dance isolations in a way that is recognizable. Also, in the “advanced” choreography she doesn’t do any advanced motions or combinations, nor does she connect with the music in any way. Incidentally, the music sounds more like Indian music, which is not the most appropriate choice for traditional belly dance.

On the bright side, her turns are solid and the costume in the “advanced” choreography is really pretty. However, these two attributes don’t make the video worth your time.

This video is not helpful for a beginner or seasoned dancer. It’s not even helpful for someone just looking to get a workout. I’m trying to give it no stars, but I am pretty sure I will have to give it one to make this review save.

1 Star Worst Bellydance DVD ever!
This DVD is one I will NEVER use in my bellydance library. It is currently collecting dust. For all you bellydancers and would-be bellydancers out there, I cannot think of a worse DVD to spend your money on. She doesn’t “instruct” the movements at all, but merely leads you through a workout. The workout isn’t comprehensive, and it isn’t “safe” looking, in my opinion. It doesn’t work the totality of the body, and it lacks foundation. If you are interested in learning to bellydance, are already a bellydancer, or just want a bellydance “exercise” DVD, there are better choices for your money. Keep looking elsewhere, you will find a good fit!

1 Star Run away!!!!
If you are thinking about buying this dvd I only have one piece of advice – run away!!! This dvd shouldn’t even be allowed to have the word “bellydance” in its title. It contains absolutely no proper bellydance basics and no quality instruction. Worse yet, what it does contain are plenty of ways to get injured. I only wish I had the option of giving this dvd zero stars or, better yet, negative stars. A one star rating is too generous.

To anyone who is looking for a beginning bellydance fitness dvd, I cannot emphasize enough that you DO NOT buy this one. If you want a bellydance based fitness dvd consider “Perfect Hips” or “Body by Bellydance” by Michelle Joyce. She is an excellent, safety conscious instructor and her dvds are great ways to get in shape and learn REAL bellydance techniques at the same time. There are also many wonderful bellydance workout dvds to choose from by lovely, talented dancers like Dolphina, The Belly Twins and Princess Farhana to name a few. So, PLEASE PLEASE run away from this dvd and choose another!!!!!

1 Star Not worth buying at any price
Most of the other reviewers have covered this DVD in a very honest and helpful manner so I will try to focus on areas they did not already cover.

Firstly, this DVD would probably do what it advertises, in part “firm and tone your core muscles” however, I doubt anyone would be “enjoying this fun bellydancing workout” Ugh! This was the most boring workout I have ever done. As another reviewer noted, it is doubtful that it is even safe.

The music that is used during the instructional and warmup isn’t even bellydance music. It is new age guitar. The “set” for the DVD is sparse and boring. It looks like a conference room. The only decore is two potted plants on either side of a sign printed “fitness essentials”. The floor is concrete and is stained and marred. The white wall on the right has holes in it, and there are exposed beams above. Very low budget here. The sound quality is inferior to other workout DVD’s sometimes you can’t here the instructor clearly over the music. The camara work is not the greatest either. Often the camara view is of the upper body when it should be on the feet or whole body to show what is being done. The instructional and the first workout are very uninspiring. Slow-moving and of little attraction.

The advanced workout is more like a performance. There is no instruction here, you just follow along. It’s not even that great of a workout or performance. It would be hard to work up a sweat to this DVD.

Please do yourself a favor and pass on this one. There are many other wonderful bellydance instructional/workout programs out there. The bellydance twins (Neena & Veena)Discover Bellydanceare a good starting place.

I am a very tolerant exerciser who can usually find a good workout in just about any program I try by modifying. I’ve also had eight years of bellydance instruction/performance. I have never rated any program one star thus far, but this one is truly the worst I’ve ever seen and there is no saving it.

2 Stars Bellydance?
Featuring a fitness professionsal, who is billed as an experienced dancer, I was very disappointed in the instruction on this DVD. I will give it kudos for being complete in having a warm-up, workout, and cool-down, but I was completely lost during the ‘advanced’ section since it didn’t include any instruction.

The Lotte Berk Method has been called the ultimate body transformation system. For over three decades this no-nonsense, results oriented fitness method has been available exclusively at Lotte Berk Method studios in Manhattan and Bridgehampton, New York. A best-selling book and hundreds of articles have featured and praised these special exercises, but now for the very first time, the world famous Lotte Berk Method is available in a series of effective home video workouts. Former school teacher and tax lobbyist Lydia Bach developed the Method while training with Russian dancer Lotte Berk at her Rehabilitative Exercise studio in London. The Lotte Berk Method combines elements from modern & classical dance, orthopedic back exercises, and Hatha yoga into a highly sensual and satisfying fitness system.

Everyone wants defined, flat abdominals to look good in the new Hip-Hugger and Lo-Ride fashions requires them! No exercises are more effective at targeting all of the abdominal muscles – even the lowest ab muscles – than the Lotte Berk Method. Specially designed firming tension exercises start working muscles below the bust and firm and strengthen each muscle group all the way down. You will love how you look and feel from using this extraordinary workout!

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars great ab workout
I really enjoy this because it focuses on pulling the abs in to get worked (which I have tendancy to forget and push out slightly). I like it.

1 Star Silly Instructor
I am an advanced exerciser and love working out at home the best- so i buy a ton of DVD’s. This one–the exercises themselves are good, but the girl never shuts up and often looses track of her counts–it may be okay the first time you try it, but if you plan on doing this more than once, she’ll drive you insane with her LONG instructions every time you just want to do the work-out!!!! She talks sooo much you lose the flow. I learned the exercises and do them in about half the time— without her annoying instructions!

5 Stars Gives a great workout

This is a great workout and the time just flies by. When I was done, I could hardly believe 30 minutes had passed. As long as you don’t allow youself to cheat and actually do the exercises as instructed you will get a great ab workout. The only exercise I had trouble with was the reverse pushups and for those, I did standing pushups against the wall. Also, I used a yoga mat and found the exercises to be a little more comfortable since this workout is floor based.

This is going to be my new “early moring” workout.

4 Stars Good workout, OK instructor
After doing this workout a few times, I would like to edit my review. I don’t think this workout is intense enough to really work the abs. I could “feel the burn” somewhat while was I doing the exercises but I didn’t feel anything afterward (but I do after some of the other DVD’s in this set). Some of the moves were too easy even for a beginner like me. I would recommend following Barbara (the most advanced exerciser) to see if you get more of a workout. Suzanne is an OK instructor but moves a little too fast through some of the stretches. I can’t change my star rating but I would only give it 3 stars.

3 Stars Not their best …..
I had to come back and edit my review. Now I would probably give it 4 stars. At first I did not like this DVD, but after doing it several times I changed my mind. Its not a very difficult DVD, but if you really sqeeze your abs and go slow, you can feel it (and eventually see it) working. It’s still not my favorite DVD, but I would recommend the other Lotte Berk DVDs. High Round Assets and Muscle Eats Fat were both better and I have seen results from both.

5 Stars Fabulously Fit Mom total body workout
i LOVE this video. It works every part of your body! Its easy to keep up with and she doesnt throw too much at you at once. I recommend this to anyone who needs a good body workout and burn some calories!! I sweat my butt off during this workout more than my hip hop abs dvds!!!

5 Stars A Great Start
I started using this video six weeks after having my second baby. I started this pregnancy a little overweight still and wanted to use my motivation to be a healthy mom to help me get back in shape. This DVD is a great start for that. I have been using it 4-6 times a week and can feel my muscles getting stronger. It is perfect for house-bound moms (I can’t go jogging with a toddler and newborn!). Jennifer Nicole Lee is very encouraging and it is nice to have someone focusing our motivation on our status as a mom. It is NOT meant to be a post-natal workout but because the target audience is moms, the encouragement is phrased appropriately (”mommy muscles,” etc.). No real equipment needed (if you don’t have weights, canned goods honestly work well, or fill plastic soda or water bottles with sand). The half-hour video (plus my shower afterwards) fits perfectly into my toddler’s naptime, and the baby gets to watch mommy look silly. It is also incredibly inspirational to see someone go from looking the way I look now to looking soooooo hot. I want that kind of energy for my kids and my husband and this is an easy and fun way to get started.

5 Stars Great results!
This is a great workout. The cardio sections really get your heart going, while also providing moves that work specific muscles, and the toning sections really work. I’ve seen results in the shape of my body/muscles after doing the workout just 3 times, which is pretty amazing. (I’m still hoping to get all the way through it without swearing at the television, though.) I would highly recommend it.

3 Stars Ok basic workout for resuming exercise
First, the good: I first tried this workout 4 weeks after giving birth. I’d describe myself as an intermediate exerciser before pregnancy, and this workout got me sweating, was challenging, and woke up my muscles. There is also room to grow – as I get stronger, I can go lower into lunges and squats and add more bounce to the cardio sections to continue seeing results.

The not so good: there’s nothing at all about this workout that seems to account for new mom status; it’s just a regular workout. There’s not even baby-focused encouraging commentary (such as, “get rid of that mommy tummy” or “be strong to lift your baby and not hurt your back.” Some may like that, but at this point, I’d like some recognition that I’m working out a month after giving birth. Also, I think the workout is fine if you are pretty familiar with basic workout moves (grapevines, salsa steps, mambo, and kickboxing form) but if you are not, you will not get the instruction you need in how to execute the move at all (much less how to do it safely and effectively). There is very little guidance as to which muscles you should focus on or how they should feel. For example, in the cool down, she says “stretch those muscles” without identifying which ones. Most disappointing for me, I found the routine dull. It is very basic fitness moves. Nothing new to make it fun or make me want to do it again (other than the general, post-work out endorphins). Finally, I found her patter mildly annoying. She keep repeating the same phrases over and over (”you’re building the body of your dreams,” “we’re working smarter not harder,” etc.). While this technique is common, it is not well executed here.

Bottom line: if you want a basic cardio/sculpt DVD to work out with and are familiar with common fitness moves, this is fine, but (aside from the title) it is no more a postnatal workout than anything else on the market – not even in its muscle focus.

4 Stars Great workout
This workout is fun. Jennifer combines kickboxing moves with some latin dance moves to get you moving. It was a good workout for any level. I was hoping that I would sweat more, that she would work me harder. I found that the lower body burn is my favorite dvd of hers. Once I did the workout, I had to buy the dvd so I could do it all the time. It’s a killer. The Total body workout is good though and I would recommend it to any mom who just had a baby and looking to get into shape. This will work you, but it’s not too intense.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Excellent basic and/or beginners workout!
I LOVE Joyce Vedral and have done her workouts (on and off) for about nine years and therefore own most of her DVDs already. But I have to say that this has to be one of my favorite JV DVDs. It is a no non-sense, basic, well paced workout. Some of her other workout DVDs are paced too fast and can be hard to keep up with, but not this one. It’s brilliant and easy to follow. If you are just starting out or simply want a simple weights routine to do at home, I highly recommend this one. You will also need the book if you are starting out for all the extra info you don’t get on the DVD.

Be aware that anyone looking for an advanced workout will not be happy with this one. It’s basic but it WORKS!

5 Stars Joyce, the choice for the over 50 crowd.
I first became aware of how exercise can affect bone denisty when my daughter’s riding instructor, a very hard-bodied woman in her late forties who rode all day every day, told us about a horse falling with her, full on her ankle. The doctor sent her to X-ray saying she should prepare to find out it was broken and she called back from the gurney being wheeled away, “Bet it’s not!” She was right. All her physical exercise had strengthened her bones to the point that 1300 pounds of equine couldn’t make a dent. As I reach “a certain age” I think more about doing something about bone density as well as muscle tone. I don’t want to be one of those poor elderly women who walk bent over and afraid.

Joyce Vedral’s DVD, Complete Bone Building Body Shaping Workout, is the best and most do-able of all the ones I’ve tried. Joyce, as always, shows you step-by-step and gives you time to learn the routine. She also gives you options for getting down on the floor or sitting on a chair instead, which is always a nice choice to have. This routine is great for any age, since Joyce is doing it side-by-side with a younger woman to show how versatile the routine can be, and it is a whole body workout. At one point Joyce opts to do an alternate leg routine that will have the same effect but is lower strain and she explains it’s because of recent knee surgery. I like the fact that she encourages the viewer by throwing out reasons for you to keep going – “You want to be able to pick up those grandchildren!”

Good for beginner level of ability or as a maintenance routine for the already fit, good for any age, and offers all sorts of alternate positions and movements for special circumstances. Altogether GREAT!

3 Stars Good workout but boring
The instruction and routine is very thorough but there is no glitz to this one. Straightforward and no music. I found it too slow but if you have never done weight training of any kind, this one is really easy to follow and would probably be a good place to start.
